BeyondSMTP is a transactional email delivery platform. This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses.
Permitted Uses
Password reset and account verification emails
Order confirmations, receipts, and shipping notifications
System alerts and notifications to your own users
Invoices and billing communications
Welcome emails and onboarding sequences for users who have registered with your service
Prohibited Uses
Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email to recipients who have not explicitly opted in
Phishing: Emails designed to deceive recipients into providing credentials or sensitive information
Malware distribution: Emails containing malicious attachments or links
Purchased lists: Using bought, rented, or scraped email lists
Impersonation: Sending email that misrepresents the sender's identity
Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable law
High-volume marketing: Mass promotional campaigns — use a marketing ESP instead
Enforcement
We monitor bounce rates, complaint rates, and sending patterns. Accounts that violate this policy will be suspended without notice. Repeat violations will result in permanent termination.

Report abuse at admin@beyondsmtp.com. We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
