Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
Email sending data: recipient addresses, subjects, send timestamps, and delivery status for emails you send through our platform.
Tracking data: open events and click events when recipients interact with your emails (if tracking is enabled).
Server logs: IP addresses, timestamps, and API requests for security and debugging purposes.
How We Use Your Information
To deliver emails on your behalf
To provide deliverability metrics and logs in your dashboard

Data Retention
Email logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting admin@beyondsmtp.com.
Third Parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We may use infrastructure providers (VPS, DNS) who process data as part of service delivery.
Security
API keys are stored as hashed values. Passwords are hashed with SHA-256. Communications use TLS encryption.
