By accessing or using BeyondSMTP, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use BeyondSMTP to send legitimate transactional email only. You agree not to use the service to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any unsolicited bulk email. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and SMTP credentials. Do not share credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to admin@beyondsmtp.com.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by recipient servers, DNS issues, or events beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, generate excessive bounce rates, or otherwise harm the platform or other users.
BeyondSMTP is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
